QHSE code of practice for sub contractors : It includes motivational scheme as well as reprimands for the sub contractors against the QHSE norms which needs to follows
Other relevant QHSE information : It includes the QHSE parameters against every activity which will be followed at site like
- Height work safety
- Hot work safety
- Working with the tower crane
- Electrical safety etc.
A. Staffing : Will deploy the following QHSE personnel at site
- Qualified safety manager / engineer.
- Other QHSE personnel as per BOCW
B. Labour welfare : Will provide the labour hutment Which includes :
- Separate washing, cooking & urinal facility
- Canteen facility
- Rest shade for workers
- Drinking water facility (Quarterly)
Traffic Management
Vehicle trafficking system
- Ensure safe traffic movement by distinguishing dedicated corridor for labour and vehicle movement on site.
- Ensure safe signalling by deploying traffic marshal
- Ensure & implement entry register for all vehicles on site
- Specific traffic / road safety training as per the safety standards for all drivers & crew involved
- Traffic signage and speed limits provided at all prominent locations.
Working @ height safety
- Horizontal permanent net at initial level to arrest the fall.
- Provision of vertical net (10’*5’) at active slab area which will cover approx 2+ floors.
- Edge barricading by tubular pipes comprises of mid rail & top rail.
- Lift shaft barricading by means of steel mesh gate.
- Construction floor openings will be covered by steel mesh.
- Provision of rope grab fall arrestor while external plaster & any other height work on scaffolding structure.
